II. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The purpose for which we process users' personal data is in connection with their use of the administrator's electronic systems.
III. Recipient of personal data
We transfer your personal data to the following recipients within the meaning of Article 4(9) GDPR:
- To our IT service providers who manage and operate the Lesodiverzita.cz system, servers, other HW for us.
Other recipients include those employers and companies to whom the user actively makes their information about themselves available.
IV. Rights of the data subject
What rights do you have in relation to the protection of personal data?
- The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, the right to obtain access, by way of a copy, to that personal data.
- The right to correction, i.e. to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay.
- The right for us to limit the processing of personal data, or delete them, if the conditions are met.
- The right for us to update your personal data with recipients, i.e. to notify the recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of any corrections or deletions of personal data or restrictions, if the conditions are met.
- The right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects for you or affects you, unless such processing is permitted by EU or Czech law.
- The right to file a complaint about our procedure with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, based in Prague.
